There are very few ways to avoid tangled, damaged hair on the road. A short haircut. A full-face helmet with a headband around your hairline. A hazmat suit... If you employ any of these strategies, then you probably don't need Wind Therapy's Shielding Detangler.
But if you experience tangles and damaged hair when you ride, then you'll want to give this a try. I worked on the formula until it was better than anything I had ever tried.
This ultra-rich and concentrated formula smooths and protects cuticles, separates strands and significantly reduces static.
Very concentrated, the bottle holds over 30 applications for the average user.
In consumer testing, 87% of users reported easier detangling in the shower and 91% said their hair felt far softer and less prone to tangling than with their usual product.
HOW TO USE
Rinse-out conditioning and detangling: massage throughout wet hair after shampooing, combing through tangles with fingers. Rinse thoroughly.
Leave-in protectant: apply to the ends of towel-dried, damp hair. Style as usual.
"Dry" hair detangler: mix with a small amount of water in the palm of your hand. Work into hair with fingers to untangle knots, allowing about 30 seconds to absorb. If needed, apply more water to hands and gently work through tougher knots.
Coconut Oil: rich in lauric acid, one of the few oils that can actually penetrate the hair shaft and reduce protein loss.
Cedarwood Essential Oil: contributes to shine, and stimulates hair follicles to help promote healthy growth.
Grapefruit Essential Oil: assists in detangling, adds shine, reduces oiliness, and helps prevent product build-up.
Marshmallow Root Extract: high in plant proteins; promotes healthy hair growth and shine.
And last but not least,
Panthenol: vitamin B5, penetrating moisture; reduces brittleness, increases manageability and pliability.
